G4V: The Gravitational 4Vector Formulation of Gravity

Randy talks to Jim about Carver Mead's G4V, a formulation of gravitation combining the equivalence of inertial and gravitational mass with a vector potential formulation of gravitation (a 4vector form, with the usual gravitational potential in the temporal component).
